Sonajhuri Athiti Nibas is situated amidst the Sonajhuri Forest with the campus area of approximately 1 acre between two Santal villages ‘Boner Pukur Danga’ and ‘Ballavpur Danga’. It provides spacious rooms with spectacular scenic beauty. It is located just beside the famous ‘Sanibarer Haat’ and is very near to ‘Prakriti Bhavan’ , ‘Khoai’ and ‘Kopai’. The ‘Ballavpur Reserve forest’ and the ‘Maurakshi’ canal are just within a stone’s throw. It is 1.5 Km from Prantik station and 5 Km from Bolpur. The Santiniketan campus is just 1 km away. The house is better recognized as ‘Sonajhuri Durga Bari`. The special accommodations include a Log house and a Mud house with wide open spaces.
